Please note that due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect.
Return Process

Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery if there is an issue with your food items.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Email us clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the batch number to help us verify the quality concern.
- 3.Approval & Instructions
Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on whether to dispose of the item or return it to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
